Shipping policy

Delivery Service:

Orders are typically delivered within 1-4 business days if placed before 3:00 PM.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, TechSwap reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund or offer an exchange based on customer preference.

Courier services will document the product’s condition upon both dispatch and delivery. Customers are advised to inspect items upon receipt to avoid disputes.

Delivery may be postponed if the buyer is unable to provide the item on time. If the buyer fails to bring the item to the TechSwap warehouse for final inspection prior to shipment, this will be noted in advance.

TechSwap assumes responsibility only for deliveries arranged through TechSwap’s own services. In the case of any third-party delivery or shipping services, TechSwap bears no responsibility under any circumstances.
